Cheryl Wee graduated with Honors in Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in May 2010. She has always loved to dance. At the tender age of 4, Cheryl was selected to be trained as a national gymnast. As a result, Cheryl’s passion for dance and music was ignited.

Cheryl is well-versed in ballet (Completed Grade 8 RAD & Majors Pre-Intermediate, Ballet 1991-2001) and hip-hop, and is currently being trained in dance choreography under the guidance of renowned dancer/choreographer Jeff Yeo, who has danced with and trained international stars like of Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, & etc.

Through her school days, Cheryl has taken part in many competitions and performances winning a few titles: Gold in representing VJC for Singapore Youth Festival, 1st Runner-Up, Contemporary & Jazz Dance performances, Best Stage Presence and Most Popular(group) Very Singer Training Course.

She released her 1st ever single ‘我爱美一天’, a catchy and upbeat dance hit which she hopes will spread the true meaning of beauty! This song is also featured in the variety show ‘Jean Yip Make My Day’.

Since then, she has appeared on TV for Channel 8 TV Drama 《生日快乐》, Special segment Host as ‘Fashionista’ (魅力特务 and Co-Host (with Desmond Koh & Jamie Teo), MediaCorp TV Channel 8, Jean Yip ‘Beautify 25’, Singapore.

Cheryl was featured in U Weekly Magazines over 4 weeks under “Fashion” and “People”

Cheryl is also Miss Fresh Face award, Miss Singapore Tourism 2010 and 2nd Runner-Up, Miss Singapore Universe, Miss Nice and Natural award, Miss Singapore Universe 2009.

In order to be compatible, Cheryl has constantly been picking up various skills in singing & hosting opportunities.

Now, she is preparing for her Debut Chinese Album expecting to release near end of year 2011.
