Faith Yang’s mystifying, thick powerhouse vocal provided the world with a whole new beyond-imagination listening pleasure. With that, she created a huge fan-base just with her first album release in 1997. She showcased her strong vocals and amazing stage presence during her school tour concerts, which caused huge uproar among fans, attracting a full-house wherever she performs. With her first album, Faith Yang became the irreplaceable versatile Rock Queen.

In 1999, Faith Yang released her second album ‘SILENCE’, which earned her the Best Female Vocalist award in 11th Golden Melody Awards. Other than being recognized by music professionals, Faith’s fan-base also flourished with over a thousand people visiting her official website daily. Upon winning her first big title and huge popularity, everyone now anticipates finding out when and what she will deliver in her 3rd album.

Faith Yang released her 3rd Chinese music album ‘应该’(Ought To) in May 2001. With her new sexy and short hair image, Faith awed the world with brit-rock music depicting a more feminine and mature Faith Yang. Despite adopting a softer pop texture in her music, Faith continues to stay close to her alternative rock roots.

In 7 July 2001, Faith Yang held her first big-scale concert ‘Back to Music’ in Taipei. Her amazing live power and bewildering x-factor caused all to have their eyes glued to her throughout the concert. The audience bow at the Queen’s feet and together, they rock the house causing the newly-built stadium to almost crumble! The concert perfectly recorded the drawing factor Faith accumulated through the 4 years since her debut.

In March 2002, Faith Yang endorsed her first product - NEUTROGENA Pore Refining Series, with intense commercial air times on television portraying a rare facade of Faith Yang. The commercial captures Faith Yang’s sweet and demure side with a tinge of mischievousness, which received many positive reviews from fans and professionals alike. This commercial experience also proved that Faith Yang’s versatility and ability to be an all-rounded artiste.
